Rocket Fuel Coffee (“we,” “us”) operates rocketfuel.cafe and related ordering pages. We collect only what we need to take your order and run the cart. We do not offer customer accounts, and we do not ask you to create a username, password, or profile.

Information we collect

Guest checkout: your name, email, and phone number so we can confirm the order and text you when drinks are ready for pickup. Those details are stored with the order in our database.
Payments: card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe may collect payment details directly under Stripe’s privacy policy.
Order details: what you ordered, milk choice, quantities, and order status so we can complete the sale.
Promo emails (optional): if you join the list from the site popup, we store the email address (and the interest you tap, if any) to send popup hours and specials. You can close the popup without subscribing.
Catering inquiries (optional): if you use our catering form, we collect the event details and contact information you submit (which may include phone number and notes) so we can reply. You do not need a catering request to place a guest checkout order.
Technical essentials: limited device and log data needed to keep the site working, prevent abuse, and complete checkout (for example, a cart stored on your device).

What we do not collect

We do not create customer accounts. We do not collect account credentials, social logins, or a personal profile beyond the checkout or catering information you choose to send. We do not sell your personal information.

To process guest checkout orders, confirm pickup, and text you when drinks are ready
To receive payment through Stripe
To send optional promo and popup updates you signed up for
To respond to catering or event requests you submit
To operate, secure, and debug the website

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as Stripe for payments, our email provider for order notices, and our hosting provider. They may process data only for those purposes. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We keep order and contact records as long as needed to fulfill the order, handle questions or refunds, and meet tax or legal recordkeeping requirements, then delete or de-identify them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

Because there is no account, there is nothing to log into or delete as a profile. To ask us to update or delete checkout or catering contact details we hold, email hello@rocketfuel.cafe. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.
