Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Rocket Fuel Coffee website and guest checkout. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

No accounts

We do not offer customer accounts. You shop as a guest. You do not create a username, password, or saved profile with us.

Orders

Menu items, prices, and availability can change. An order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order (for example if an item is sold out, we cannot fulfill pickup, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel after payment, we will refund through Stripe.

Guest checkout requires a name, email, and phone so we can confirm the order and text you when drinks are ready. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card number on our servers. Stripe’s terms and privacy policy apply to the payment step. You authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you use for the order total, including applicable taxes.

Pickup and events

Mobile cart orders are for pickup or walk-up at the posted Burlington popup. We text you when an order-ahead drink is ready. Catering or event requests submitted through the site are inquiries, not confirmed bookings, until we agree in writing (including email) on date, location, and price.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to break checkout or payment flows, or submit false order information. We may refuse service where we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, or safety risk.

Allergens and food

Drinks may contain milk, caffeine, nuts, or other allergens depending on the item and substitutions. Tell us about allergies when you order if that matters to you. We prepare drinks in a mobile environment and cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rocket Fuel Coffee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or an order. Our total liability for a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those states our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
